Lawyer profession

– Liberal and independent profession

The essential principles of the profession guide the behaviour of the lawyer in all circumstances. The lawyer performs his duties with dignity, conscience, independence, probity and humanity, in compliance with the terms of his oath. He also respects, in this exercise, the principles of honour, loyalty, disinterestedness, brotherhood, delicacy, moderation and courtesy.

– Respect and interpretation of the rules

The essential principles of the profession guide the behaviour of the lawyer in all circumstances.
